What is INOVATIV’s Return Policy?
If you need to return a product, which occasionally happens, here is what you need to know.
As long as the INOVATIV product is in ‘New’* condition and you haven’t owned the product for more than 60 days, you can return your product for a full refund.
PayPal Returns have a non-refundable 5% return processing fee.
Affirm Returns have a non-refundable 6% return processing fee.
We do not accept product returns that are not in ‘New ‘* condition or older than 60 days.
*Each item will be inspected upon arrival prior to issuing a full refund.

What are your product disclaimers?
All products sold by INOVATIV, Inc. are constructed using CNC machines, presses, and punches therefore our products may have variations in appearance or small imperfections and unevenness. This is what gives each INOVATIV product its uniqueness. If you have any hesitations, please avoid purchasing these products.
What is your product warranty?
INOVATIV warrants, to the original user, its equipment carts and accessory products to be free of mechanical and manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under “normal” use for 5-years. If any problem should arise with an INOVATIV product you purchased from an authorized dealer, we will move mountains to be sure you are back up and running quickly. What happens if my product arrives damaged?
Here at INOVATIV we know how important it is to receive your products on time and in good working order. From time to time, products do arrive with shipping damage. Our boxes and the care we take in the packaging process sometimes just is not enough to withstand the occasional carelessness of shipping companies. If this happens to you, here are the steps you need to take to be sure your parts are replaced fast and efficiently.
#1 – Keep all packaging
#2 – Take photos of all packaging and product damage
#3 – Send an email to [email protected] containing pictures of #1 and #2

I’ve lost a part on my cart. Can I purchase replacement parts?
You can purchase replacement parts by contacting us directly.
I want to purchase an accessory, but I already have some of the components, do I still have to pay full price for it?
No, you do not have to pay the full price for an accessory if you already have some of the components. However almost all overlap components are available separately for purchase so there shouldn’t be any issues with purchasing an accessory and already having some of the components.
How much maintenance is required for owning an INOVATIV cart?
Our carts are designed to require low maintenance throughout the lifespan of the product. You will want to make sure that the tires are properly inflated and that moving parts are lubricated from time to time. In addition you’ll want to check that the bolts and fasteners are tight.

Order must be placed by 10:00 am Pacific Standard Time for same day shipment. Orders placed after 10:00 am will be shipped the following business day.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 2-3 business days for items in stock to ship. Orders that are expedited, ex. FedEx 2Day or FedEx Overnight, will ship the same day so long as they are submitted before 9:00am Pacific time and they are in stock.

How do you ship orders in the United States?
The method of how orders are shipped is entirely dependent on what is being shipped. All accessories are shipped FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Please see below for how carts are shipped.
How are Echos, Rangers, Axis and Deploy shipped?
Echos, Rangers, Axis and Deploy are shipped on a pallet with DHL Freight. This ensures that your order arrives safely.
Why are Echos, Rangers, Axis and Deploy shipped on a pallet via freight?
In the past Echos, Rangers, Axis and Deploy were shipped using FedEx Ground. However as the number of Echo and Ranger orders we shipped increased, we began to see a higher number of those orders arriving damaged upon delivery.
Despite our best efforts when packaging them, ground shipping methods were not careful enough when handling our shipments. Therefore shipping Echos/Rangers on pallets ensures that they arrive without any damages.
How are Voyagers and Apollo shipped?
Voyagers and Apollo are shipped with FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified.
