Below is the current Commission Schedule. It outlines the Commissions on the net sales you refer as part of the INOVATIV Affiliate Program.  All commission rates are subject to change and you will be provided in advance notice of any changes.  You will not receive Commission on any order cancellations or products returned.

Commission Structure

All Products = 10% Commission Rate

Axis Health Products = 12% Commission Rate

If you haven’t  already, you must also email us at [email protected] your W9 (Downloadable W9 .PDF ) and a scanned copy of valid driver’s license or passport prior to us paying commissions.
